OVERVIEW

Policies and procedures cover about 30% of your compliance. PolicyTree lets you select the pre-built components and input key details about your key systems and company information, your compliance requirements, internal responsibilities, and ways of operating, to generate a tailor-fit set of policies for a robust foundation that suits your needs. Upload the generated policies to your compliance automation platform for continuous monitoring, review and approval workflows.

Steps to generate your policies

Please note: In order to save your progress and continue later, use the 'Access Later' option in the tool and email the link.

Step 1: Input the key details about your company, your compliance scope, systems and internal responsibilities to flow through to all policy sections.

Step 2: Select the policy sections you with to complete to generate the associated policies. Sections 1-7 are generally required for SOC 2. Privacy, AI and ESG, are optional.

Step 3: Complete all inputs required to generate the policy outputs. After each section you can download the respective policies ready to add your branding and finalise.

Step 4: Upload the completed policies into the relevant placeholders in your compliance automation solution, to enable continuous monitoring, review and approval workflows.
